Luisa De Amicis

Luisa is Chief Operations Officer in PlusValue.

She has extensive experience in the areas social entrepreneurship, impact investment, citizen engagement and cross-sectoral partnerships, gained through more than 40 international projects and policy activities. ·She has more than 10 years of experience and an outstanding fundraising track-record with the European Union (more than 10 Directorate Generals), UK Government (FCO, DFID, Cabinet Office), corporates and foundations. She has been a member of various expert groups within the European Commission for several years and a Board Member of Mouves, the French network of social entrepreneurs.

Before joining PlusValue, she worked at Euclid Network, the London-based European Network for social enterprise, a management consultancy in Milan, the Council of the European Union in Brussels, the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) in Vienna, and the Trade and Investment Department of the Consulate General of Denmark in Milan. Luisa holds an MSc in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Institutions from Bocconi University, Milan (Italy), and she has successfully completed executive courses at INSEAD (France) and at CASS Business School (UK)
