Elena is a creative and resourceful thinker, an attentive listener and always has her ducks in a row; don’t be fooled by her quiet profile... she readies herself for the attack!



Elena joined PV in 2020 as Senior Project Manager to support the team in project research and development on social impact strategy, and urban regeneration for innovation and sustainability.



She has extensive international experience in social innovation and entrepreneurship, urban regeneration, community engagement and stakeholder management. In the past few years, she has consistently been working on the design and management of social impact and inclusion projects, primarily focusing on marginalised groups and communities; as well as working with a broad network of stakeholders, institutions and intermediary organisations internationally. As a researcher and a designer, she works to generate a real and measurable impact on people and the environment, empowering individuals and communities.



Elena holds a Master in Architecture and Urban Development (ENSA Paris La Villette, France) and Social Innovation (Danube University, Austria).



Elena has a plethora of interests: she loves back-packing, studied to be a sommelier, dreamt of becoming a detective, loves foreign food, and regularly practices snowboarding and yoga.
