Luisa joined PlusValue in 2016, right at the beginning of the PV adventure. She is the queen of PV’s finances and holds the company’s purse strings. She also knows all the secrets of the Brussels bubble, so contact her if you want to venture to Brussels and learn about EU funding and policies. She leads on several projects funded by the public and private sector and delivers hands-on trainings on EU matters.



Luisa has more than 15 years of experience and an outstanding fundraising track-record with the European Union, UK Government, corporations and foundations. Her fields of expertise are EU funding and policies, impact investing, social entrepreneurship and cross-sectoral partnerships, gained through international projects and policy activities. She has been a member of various expert groups within the European Commission for several years and a Board Member of Mouves, the French network of social entrepreneurs. She has also been a mentor and a judge in several innovation competitions. Before joining PlusValue, she worked at Euclid Network, the London-based European Network for social enterprise, a management consultancy in Milan, the Council of the European Union in Brussels, the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) in Vienna, and the Trade and Investment Department of the Consulate General of Denmark in Milan.



Luisa holds an MSc in Economics and Management of Public Administration and International Institutions from Bocconi University, Milan (Italy), and she has successfully completed a Masters in Sustainability Management at 24ORE Business School and executive courses at INSEAD (France) and at CASS Business School (UK).



Luisa loves travelling, going to the theatre, and she is always up for a glass of bubbly in a nice restaurant!
